Description/Taste
SnowSweet® is a pretty medium-large sized apple with skin that is burnished, bronze-red over yellow-green. The flesh, as you would imagine, is bright white, and it is very slow to oxidize, making this an excellent apple for slicing into salads. The texture is breaking and tender, and the flavor is sweet-tart and rich.
